Bennett Miller's Bob Dylan Vid Stars Scarlett
She's won over Robert Redford, the Cohen Bros., Terry Zwigoff, Sofia Coppola, Woody Allen, Brian DePalma, Christopher Nolan to name a few. She hit a double this week with "Capote" director Bennett Miller and Bob Dylan.
Yes, not only did Scarlett Johansson star in the Venice Film Festival, she's also floating You'Tube's boat as the piece de resistance in Dylan's new music video "When the Deal Goes Down," directed by Miller. Link.
More on how ScarJo "infatuates much older men with her doe-eyed beauty" and "reassures" women with her full-blown physique in the Guardian.
Update: Cory Doctorow on why it may be ill-advised to buy the latest Bob Dylan album from the iTunes Music Store. Link.

What full blown physique? Granted she is no Nicole Richie but geez! The girl is 21 and she dresses like she is 35. BTW, she is still living on Lost in Translation because I can't remember what she has done since then even Black Dahlia isn't looking to do much for her, steamy and sexy are all well and good but if she keeps churning out the forgetable movies, she might want to keep Dyla's number.

I was being cheeky, IClavdivs, in reference to the Guardian article in which the reporter suggests:
"Women love Johansson's curves, too. In the age of the size 00 and fake-baked celebrity, Scarlett's pale, buxom beauty stands out. In magazines such as Heat and Grazia, the sight of her wobbly bosom and proper-sized bum looking wonderful in a designer dress is reassuring."

"Cory Doctorow on why it may be ill-advised to buy the latest Bob Dylan album from the iTunes Music Store."
Cory is complaining that he can't rip audio off of video tracks - something you can't do in any other media player either. Not to mention that these video tracks are bonus material containing music videos of previous Dylan songs.
Which, you can buy Modern Times with the extras and go get the old Dylan songs on iTunes still cheaper than buying the boxed set at a store and trying to rip the audio from the DVDs (and it would likely sound better to boot).
Cory's being a bit hyperactive about DRM here.

Some of the roughest and toughest looking Harley Davidson boots are from the collection I like to call the heavy metal collection. With names like Havoc, Fury, and Night Shift they sound mean enough to wear on your bike or into the meanest bar at bike week. In addition to looking rough and tough like a pair of Harley Boots should they all have an inside zipper so you can zip them on quickly and get on to more important things like going riding.
