CBS premiere dates; 'Hills'; 'Dukes'

-- CBS fall premiere dates announced. Obama and McCain delay "CSI"….

-- "Dukes of Hazzard" star rejects primetime network series to take a chance on a passion project. Explains to network that he’s just a good 'ol boy, never meaning no harm…
