Carson Kressley's Lifetime talk show details

TCA -- Carson Kressley tipped some info about his upcoming Lifetime talk show.

"It’s going to have a style focus, not just about makeovers," he said. "The Lifetime viewer is somebody who's interested in style. We might do fashion week in Paris, but do it in Paris, Kentucky. There’s no reason that somebody can’t feel great about themselves and that’s going to be a big theme in the show."

Though the network has downplayed the possibility of a celebrity focus, Kressley says stars will be featured on the show – just not necessarily in typical studio interviews. "We might go to their home ... if they’re in a show in Vegas we might meet at their dressing room," he said.

Kressley says the series will be a half-hour strip and the network is aiming for a January debut date.
