Kevin Reilly: 'Sit Down' writers near deal

TCA -- Fox's entertainment president Kevin Reilly confirmed a deal was very close with most of the writers from "Sit Down, Shut Up."

"I was hoping to have 100% finality on the meeting today," he said. "There's still t's being crossed. It's been a very tricky situation. I know that [showrunner] Mitch Hurwitz will stay with the show. A couple writers will exit the show. A couple new writers will come on. I'm hopeful that by the end of today we'll be moving forward with a writing staff."
