'Terminator' less serialized next season
TCA -- Fans should expect a more straightforward and less serialized "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" on Fox next season.
Executive producer John Wirth said episodes this fall will be more self-contained than its decently rated, if rocky, freshman season.
"They will be slightly less ambitious and use story telling methods that are more clear," Wirth said. "You don't want to spent too much time on the time travel rabbit hole, because that's a nightmare."
After the session, "Terminator" co-star Brian Austin Green told reporters that -- unlike many of his former "Beverly Hills 90210" castmates -- he has not been approached to appear in CW's upcoming remake.
"I have no plans [to appear in the new version], they haven't even approached me," Green said. "And if they did it would depend on scheduling," he said. "It's nice to be accepted as part of something different."
