'South Park' viciously rips 'Whale Wars'

"Ghost Hunters" got off easy.

"South Park" went after another basic cable hit series this week, this time turning its sights on Animal Planet's "Whale Wars."

In the episode (titled "Whale Whores"), Animal Planet's group of anti-whaling activists are depicted as, and I'm quoting here, "incompetent vegan pussies doing absolutely nothing and trying to turn it into drama."

The show is particularly harsh on the show's captain, here's some clips....

Later, the "Deadliest Catch" boat shows up, but Trey and Matt didn't seem to have a gripe with them.

Beyond the "Whale Wars" stuff, this was a terrific and downright thoughtful episode...
