The video game industry may finally get revenge on Jack Thompson, the lawyer who has famously sought over the years the declaration that some violent video games constitute "public nuisances."
This week, Thompson faces an ethics trial at the Florida Bar. The crusader is accused of attempting to disparage, humiliate, and intimidate a judge overseeing Thompson's lawsuit against Rockstar Games for its "Bully" game. If he loses, Thompson could be disbarred.
