Michaelslorne "Saturday Night Live" producer Lorne Michaels has won a victory against a Long Island man that he accuses of stalking him.

Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Marc Whiten has upheld charges against Evans Pidhajecky. The 31-year-old Oyster Bay resident is said to have been quite angry at Michaels for allegedly incorporated some of his ideas into "SNL." Michaels eavesdropped on a conversation and overheard some great thoughts for the program. Ever since then, Pidhajecky has been "mailing, calling or visiting Michaels at least six times last year," according to the NY Post.

Police arrested Pidhajecky and charged him with stalking and resisting arrest.

In court, Pidhajecky's lawyer Peter Brill defended his client. ""Just because you're Lorne Michaels doesn't mean nobody can get in touch with you," said Brill.
