Waiting For Books From Lil' Kim and Foxy Brown? Simon & Schuster Is Too

It may be easier to write in verse than to write in prose. Publishing house Simon & Schuster filed a lawsuit yesterday against two prominent rappers, Lil' Kim and Foxy Brown, for failing to deliver book manuscripts as contracted.
Kimberly Jones, known as Lil' Kim, was allegedly given a $40,000 advance for "Untitled Novel."
Inga Marchand, known as Foxy Brown, was allegedly given a $75,000 advance for "Broken Silence."
Both have spent time in jail so it's a wonder why they couldn't have used the time then to get something together. Maybe they should take tips from 50 Cent.
