Want Attention? Sue Disney For $1 Billion.

Toystoryaliens Okay, we'll bite. A Pennsylvania man is suing Disney for $1 billion for allegedly ripping off his 1967 screenplay "The Adventures of Johnny Justice” to make the Disney/Pixar hit "Toy Story."

Yeah, $1 billion.

It's doubtful these claims will go very far. There's more attention paid in the complaint to the plaintiff's brain tumor and economic condition, which, while unfortunate, seems largely irrelevant. (Except to show that TMZ is pretty crass, as if that wasn't widely known already.) The complaint doesn't say how Pixar got the plaintiff's script, or even elucidate the similarities between the two scripts.

We can only conclude that the plaintiff had another goal in mind in filing the suit.
