When 'Push' came to shove...

We've got an update in tomorrow's THR on the litigation between Lionsgate, The Weinstein Co. and sales agent powerhouse Cinetic over the Sundance hit "Push: Based on the Novel by Sapphire." Given the personalities involved (Harvey Weinstein, Cinetic's John Sloss) as well as the legal firepower on display (Bert Fields and David Boies are representing the Weinsteins; Patti Glaser has been engaged by Lionsgate), we've got a feeling we've seen only the beginning of this dispute.
