Push We've got an update in tomorrow's THR on the litigation between Lionsgate, The Weinstein Co. and sales agent powerhouse Cinetic over the Sundance hit "Push: Based on the Novel by Sapphire." Story is here. Given the personalities involved (Harvey Weinstein, Cinetic's John Sloss) as well as the legal firepower on display (Bert Fields and David Boies are representing the Weinsteins; Patti Glaser has been engaged by Lionsgate), we've got a feeling we've seen only the beginning of this dispute.

For those wanting to read the full Lionsgate complaint, click here. The TWC complaints against Lionsgate, Cinetic and the film's producer are here, here and here.
