Hasta la vista, 'Terminator' litigation

Terminator-salvation-20093 The producers behind this summer's "Terminator Salvation" have resolved their differences, according to a joint announcement.

Previously, producer Mortitz Borman sued Derek Anderson and Victor Kubicek of Halcyon Co. for $160 million, claiming they breached a contract with him by not paying producer's fees. Borman also accused the pair of defaulting on loans and owing significant debt, and of being "shady" and "swindling" investors.

But all is well and everyone has made up. The lawsuit seemed to us like an empty threat and didn't imperil the opening of the film, but it's nice to clear litigation before the marketing campaign kicks into high gear.
