- A draft of the controversial Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement has leaked onto the Internet. The document shows that, among other things, ISPs would be required to adopt policies to address file-sharing, and rights-holders would be in position to apply for injunctions against intermediaries whose services are used by a third party to infringe IP.
