  • On the heels of YouTube's big copyright win over Viacom, a new service has popped up to handle DMCA takedown notices. Who Is Hosting This offers what it calls a "streamlined" procedure to make sure notices are valid. [PT]
  • Joan Rivers is being sued by her ex-manager, who claims he's owed money for helping salvage her career. The plaintiff wants his cut from Rivers' win on "Celebrity Apprentice" and also claims that the terrific new documentary about her humiliates him. [TMZ
  • The NY Times is threatening to sue a T-shirt business for hawking clothing with its trademarked "New York Herald Tribune," made both famous and fashionable thanks to Jean-Luc Godard's classic film "Breathless." [NYP
