Perez Hilton: Miley 'was clearly wearing underwear'

Blogger Perez Hilton has posted a response to the various calls for his incarceration on child porn charges for tweeting an upskirt photo of 17 year old pop star Miley Cyrus that some believe revealed her 'Hannah Montana' to anyone on the Web. Not so, says Perez. Video below:
