LucasFilm recently served a Hong-Kong manufacturer of a handheld laser with a cease-and-desist letter for selling an item it claimed was too close in resemblance to its trademark lightsabers from "Star Wars."

Now, the Hong-Kong company is using the force of eBay to score some revenge.

The cease-and-desist letter is now being auctioned off. Current bidding is up to $385.

Spyder Laser Pointer_doomsday_604x341 The letter isn't signed by George Lucas himself, unfortunately. Nevertheless, the company is marketing the legal letter as an opportunity for those to "win a piece of LucasFilm history" as well as contribute to the company's battle.

We'll see if there's another cease-and-desist letter on the way.
