  • Citigroup and Terra Firma are reportedly working on a settlement over the EMI acquisition. Terra Firma sued Citi for pretending that multiple buyers were interested in EMI. [Digital Music News
  • Former beauty queen Claire Robinson has dropped that weird lawsuit against the ICM talent agency challenging the practice of "hip pocketing" clients after the parties reached an agreement. [Business Week]
  • Producer Stanley M. Brooks is in the midst of AFTRA arbitration over more than $1 million in unpaid residuals from a 2008 Logo TV series. [THR]
  • Singer Erykah Badu has paid a $500 fine and will serve six months of probation for stripping during a music video shoot in Dallas. [AP]
