Keach, stacy EXCLUSIVE: Actor Stacy Keach has been sued by his former agents for allegedly refusing to pay commissions from a role on the FX series "Lights Out."

L.A.-based talent agency David Shapira and Associates sued Keach today in Los Angeles Superior Court for unspecified damages. The small agency claims it began representing Keach in February 2008 subject to the usual 10% commissions agreement that it got in writing.

But after the agency procured him the role of Pops on the FX boxing drama, the complaint alleges Keach then began "immediately attempting to terminate" the representation "all in an effort to avoid paying legitimate commissions due."

A call to Keach's publicist was not immediately returned. UPDATE: Keach's rep declined to comment on the lawsuit.
